We would like to provide each of our patients with comfortable and secure home care environment.
Caring for their respectfully sincerely needs and personal feelings, we are dedicated to providing professional home care services; promptly and whenever necessary, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
To ensure “comfortable and secure” home care settings for patients, we will:
(1) Help each patient develop their desired home care environment;
As home care must be patient-centered, we aim to provide tailor-made healthcare services based on the preferences of each patient, while respecting maintaining their privacy. We will also help them to enjoy an active and fulfilling home life.
(2) Address patients concerns together;
Home care patients and their families may be overwhelmed by various worries and concerns. In an attempt to minimize such feelings, we will not only. Address all of their concerns but also prepare, as medical professionals,to cope with a variety of issues in close co-operation with our patients needs.
(3) Work closely with local healthcare and nursing care staff.
In order to assist our patients in their overall home care settings, we will work closely with local hospitals and healthcare providers with a view to providing seamless care services. We are also determined to create a culture of co-operation among all the medical and nursing care providers in order to ensure well-coordinated network for our patients.
